Summary: I helped plan and execute a digital marketing campaign, consisting of social listening, planning, filming, editing, and doing targeted Facebook ads.
Client: The Roof, a high-end restaurant in Salt Lake City
Strategy:
Used Boolean logic in social listening platform Crimson Hexagon (now Brandwatch) to identify demographic and psychographic information for customers
Created an ads strategy around visitors creating special moments with loved ones at The Roof, with the tagline, “Make a New Tradition”
I personally created a detailed shotlist in preparation for our video shoot
Created 7 different short form video ads, each targeted to a different demographic, formatted for in-stream, in-feed, and in-story ads
Created Facebook ad campaign, following the stages of awareness, consideration, and conversion including deliverables
Due to the pandemic, we were unable to actually run the campaign, but we provided detailed plans to the client
What I learned: Under mentorship of agency leader Adam Durphee, I gained a deeper understanding of targeting and paid media strategy.
