Summary: I created a brand-aligned social media strategy that increased reach and sales.
Client: Denise Gasser, independent artist, longtime client, and good friend!
Strategy:
Narrowing in on a very specific target audience
Identifying brand content pillars, which we use for social media and blog posts content
Creating biannual analytics reports involving a spreadsheet with data from the past 6 months of Instagram analytics, creating 30+ categories based on caption type, post type, and photo/video type, comparing results from each category, and identifying the resulting insights
Continual feedback on best practices, current trends, new ideas, and opportunities
Posting about products effectively to increase sales
Results:
517% increase in content interactions
868% increase in accounts reached
708% increase in impressions
What I learned: I really got to know and love Denise’s message: that you can be creative at any stage of life. I’m proud of the way I’ve helped her find more success online, while staying true to her art and what makes her unique.
